About

Built on the coast, for every main street.

Newfront is a small shop based in Wooli, NSW, working with businesses Australia-wide. We build agentic websites for the businesses people search for, compare and call: a site that looks the part, and a back office behind it that works while the owner's on the tools. Honest, tidy, and open when you need it.

Wooli, NSW · Australia-wide

Nobody chooses a plumber on his website.

They choose him on Google Maps: the stars, the reviews, the Call button. Younger customers choose a salon or a café on Instagram. Then they ring. The leak comes after they've chosen: the phone rings while he's under a house, they get voicemail, and they ring the next name on the map. A prettier brochure fixes none of that.

So Newfront builds two things. The site is the shopfront: everything your Google listing and Instagram point to, done properly, with a quote form that texts your phone. Behind it sits the back office: the part that texts a missed caller back in seconds, sends you the job in one line, sends the quote, books the job and sends the invoice, asks for the review afterwards, and tells you each month what it caught. We call that an agentic website. It does things, instead of sitting there.

We set it up with you. Your services, prices and hours go in, your phone divert goes on, and it's live on your own domain in about a week. If it isn't earning, the monthly note will show you, and you can leave any month.

The name is the idea.

A new front, with your name over the door. The awning in our mark is the swell coming in over the bar at Wooli, and it's also the thing every good shop on every main street has: a sign you can read from across the road.

Face to face across the Clarence Valley — Grafton, Yamba, Maclean, Iluka — and up and down the coast from Coffs Harbour to the Northern Rivers. Everywhere else, by phone and screen.

Newfront is run by James Banner. Twenty years in land surveying came first, most of it spent alongside builders, tradies, councils and small firms, which is where the plain-English habit comes from. If a page needs a glossary, it isn't finished.

How we work

Four things we don't bend on.

They're the reason the sites get built fast and the reason owners say yes. They're also the reason we say no to some jobs.

01

Plain English

No jargon, no "digital". The back office is one screen on your phone and every text it sends reads like a person wrote it. If your mum can't tell what the page is for in five seconds, we rewrite it.

02

One fixed price

The same for every business in your trade. Never by the hour, never by the page, never a surprise on the invoice.

03

Nothing invented

No fake reviews, no made-up prices, no stock photo of a smiling stranger pretending to be your apprentice. And the back office never quotes on its own: you approve every price.

04

You own it

Your domain stays in your name. The files are yours. The monthly care plan keeps it hosted and up to date, and you can leave any month.

What we don't do

Saying no is part of the service.

One template per trade, one back office behind it, tuned by what actually makes the phone ring and what catches it. That's how the price stays fixed and the build stays fast.

No custom briefs

You get the best version of your trade's site, not a blank page and a meeting. If you need a bespoke build, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.

No search retainers

Hosting and small edits are the monthly fee. We won't sell you a "package" that promises page one.

No hostage domains

We never register your domain in our name. It's yours before, during and after.

No chatbots

It asks two questions and hands over to you. It never quotes on its own and never argues with a customer. A receptionist, not a salesperson.

Open the demo, watch the text land, and the only question left is when to switch yours on.

Your turn

Say hello.

Tell us the name of your business and the town. A person writes back, usually the same day.
