The front desk
Works while you're on the tools.
Your phone rings while you're under a house. You can't get to it. Normally that customer rings the next name on the map. With a Newfront site, they get a text back in seconds, you get the job in one text when you climb out, and it's on your desk. No app to install, no login to remember, nothing to change about how you work.
A missed call, start to finish
Forty seconds, and she's still yours.
Karen rings from Google Maps. Dan's in a roof.
Then one text to Dan
Karen · 0491 570 156 (tap to call)Reply DONE after the job and Karen gets a review ask.
The desk, on your phoneHow it works
A second number that only answers when you can't.
Your mobile stays your mobile. Three standard settings on it send the calls you don't answer to your front desk number. If you pick up, nothing happens at all.
They ring you
From Google Maps, your site, a fridge magnet. Your phone rings exactly as it does now.
You can't answer
Busy, no signal, in a roof. After twenty seconds the call moves to your front desk instead of voicemail. They hear a short greeting in your business's name.
They get a text
Within seconds. What's the problem, what suburb. If they leave a voicemail instead, the words are typed out for you.
You get the job
One text: the job, the suburb, their name, their number. Urgent ones say URGENT at the top. You ring them back when you're out.
Setup is three codes dialled on your phone, done with us in about fifteen minutes. ##002# switches it all off again, any time.
It never quotes a price, promises a time or books a job. At most two texts, then it hands over to you.
Burst, flooding, no power, sparks, gas smell: the text to you says URGENT, and the caller is told to ring 000 if anyone's in danger.
Tap Away on the desk. Callers hear you're back Monday, and nothing piles up while you're fishing.
The desk
Every customer you'd have lost, on one screen.
Missed calls, texts, voicemails and website enquiries land in one diary on your phone. Tap a card for the whole conversation and a call button. Mark it Job won or Not a job, and the numbers at the top become real.

Lives on your home screen
It opens like an app, in your colours with your logo. Sign in once with a code texted to you, and you stay signed in for a year.
Reviews, asked for you
Tap Ask for review after a job. The customer gets "how'd we go? reply 1 to 5". Fours and fives get your Google link. Ones to threes come quietly to you, never onto Google.
Facebook and Instagram, same desk
Messages to your Page and your Instagram land as cards next to the calls, with the same text to your phone. One place, every door.
The website form, with photos
Someone fills in the quote form at 9pm with four photos of the switchboard. You get one text with the photos, they get a "got it", and it's a card on the desk.
Numbers you can trust
Calls caught, how many texted back, jobs won, reviews in. Seven days, thirty days, all time. Only counted when you mark them, so nobody's guessing.
Private, and yours
Your desk sits on your own web address. Only the mobiles you name can sign in. Customers who reply STOP are never texted again, even if you delete the card.
Why it matters
Customers don't get lost choosing you. They get lost after.
People pick a local business on Google, then they ring. The leak comes when nobody answers. Here's what the surveys say happens next.

BrightLocal, 2025ring the business straight from its Google listing
BrightLocalIndustry figures, mostly from US surveys: BrightLocal's Local Consumer Review Survey, Harvard Business Review, 2011, CallRail's 2025 consumer survey and BIA/Kelsey's small-business call study. We don't quote them as your numbers. Your numbers come from your own desk, every month.
Every month, a number
The note that replaces "your site had 212 visits".
Once a month you get one short note, built from your desk. Not visits and bounce rates. Calls it caught, jobs you marked, reviews that came in. If it isn't earning, you'll see that too, and you can leave any month.
